Every purchase is backed by our 14 day comprehensive refund.

You can return anything to us within 14 days for a full refund. You must tell us you want to return it within 14 days from the date you either collected it or it was delivered.

If the product or item is faulty then you the customer are not responsible for the return of the items or products.

Unless the products or items were delivered faulty then you the customer is responsible for returning the items or products.

It's always worth speaking with our team on hello@reyooz.com as we might be able to collect things from you and save you finding a third party.
